For the second leg we stayed in Didima Camp in Cathedral Peaks National Park. The camp is located a few kilometers away from the escarpment in the lower part of the park. It is quite large, but the huts are well designed and have fantastic views.

Like in Giants Castle we spent our days with hikes along the escarment and raked up quite a few meters of altitude.

On the way into the park we had a quick stopover at Champagne Castle, a side valley of Giants Castle. Here we wanted to do a shorter day hike but got chased back to the car by rain. Didn't matter, though, we just replaced the hike with an unplanned visit to a craft brewery.
